There was one time when there was a loud noise coming from the unit, and the other time, it would not run altogether. I asked around for a recommendation on a good service provider, and one of my friends advised me to call this company. I'm glad I did because they were able to pinpoint where the problem lay. Their maintenance specialist was courteous and punctual. He was also very friendly, and he worked quietly. He was done before I knew it.
