(October 11, 2020, 9:45 pm)I was a newbie to this, and a little nervous about the intensity, but I’m sold! First workout was great, supported by a very friendly and professional staff who coached me through the workouts. Not pushy or snooty! Also very satisfied with the Covid-19 cleaning protocols. Easy to get to, lots of parking. Felt very welcome and had a great workout that I’d never do on my own. Love this!
