(May 13, 2020, 6:38 pm)I was a member early on and had to stop attending when I changed jobs and moved further away, but it’s too hard to say goodbye to such a good thing. The community is amazing, the coaches are professional and knowledgeable, and I can arrange my complete care (physio and massage) to also be done there, which makes it one stop shopping. So happy I found a way to make it back, and the constant improvements to programming and scheduling make it easier to come from a distance to get that great burn.

(May 12, 2020, 12:52 am)Amazing gym! Extremely supportive community - especially during COVID-19 quarantine. Lending equipment to members so they can workout at home. Many online at-home workouts available for members - conditioning, barbell and stretching classes. Fun, family-friendly atmosphere and exciting challenges to keep you motivated. So grateful to have a strong community behind me during these difficult times and always!

(March 13, 2020, 3:09 pm)Great atmosphere and great coaches, my partner and I are going on 4 years, attending 4 days a week. Our fitness has greatly improved as well as our overall health. The owners always take time to answer questions and are always willing to work with the clients. I have attended many crossfit gyms in my travels and the prices are on par with other crossfit facilities. Highly recommend.

(January 29, 2020, 2:28 am)Very happy I joined. The coaches are skilled, powerful and passionate. The members are all beautiful, caring and encouraging. I'm way better at hockey now. I'm not joking... I'm deadly serious. I got 2 goals last game and I'm a stay at home defense...
