(March 14, 2020, 1:15 pm)I didn't know what to expect after finding Aurora Physiotherapy on Google's map close to my home. It turned out great. Farah and her team are very knowledgeable and carrying people. My grip strength went from 6 to 56 kilos in twelve weeks. I highly recommend this physio clinic.

The receptionist, Julie, is incredibly thorough and a lovely personality for the front of the centre. The physiotherapists (mine is Farah and she treated me effectively and made sure to take into account everything I told her about my injury) and the assistants are all a wealth of knowledge, are professional yet personable, and make sure you are aware of what they are doing and the reasons for it. The atmosphere is clean, relaxing, and timely.
In my opinion, the most notable aspect is that the staff make you feel taken care of. Farah made sure that I understood what my injury was and took the time to explain it and answer all my questions afterwards. She also then explained how she would fix it, and why it was important I did my exercises!
TL;DR : Would highly, highly, recommend! I've had nothing but good experiences. -

I always feel welcome and am treated with respect and dignity. Julie is a great front-line ambassador for this clinic, and I appreciate the team effort (and results) from her, Farah, Luke, Jess, Sarah, and the rest of the group (and Bonita and London in the past). (January 31, 2020, 1:09 am)Very helpful, qualified and friendly staff. I am currently undergoing physio for a fractured ankle and ribs and I appreciate the effort put forward by everyone here. The atmosphere if very relaxing and positive. I would definitely recommend this clinic!
