  Excellent service no pressure sales very professional comfortable experience. I was shopping for a used car and found their inventory was large and of quality vehicles and competitive pricing. Felt comfortable when I saw no "scary vehicles" meaning vehicles that are born lemons. Still completing my purchase but happy with experience so far

  Honest Experience Review
  
  I bought a new Ford F150 from white oak ford after seeing this specific vehicle that I wanted on Autotrader. After talking to the sales person on the phone and going through financing options I was interested in coming down and driving 9 hrs to pick it up. Talking over the phone with the sales person was troublesome as the bill of sale had missing information and nothing was really clearly explained initially. I was extremely frustrated at first with the sales person I dealt with and proceeded to get the sales manager.
  
  The sales manager Vivian helped out tremendously and got everything in order. She was great and explained everything in a concise manner.
  
  When I went to the dealership my experience was much better. All I can say for feedback is please make sure when your communicating with a client over the phone please make an effort to explain things properly the first time.
  
  I probably won't buy another vehicle I see online from this Ford dealer again. I would only buy by first going into the dealership and talking with an associate first as the communication from start to finish was all over the place over the phone.
  
  I'm happy with the truck I purchased because I knew this is exactly the one I wanted. I am also happy with the staff when physically going into the dealership.
  
  Side note: (the sales associate wanted me to write a review right away about my experience but I think it was good to wait and write an honest review about the dealership instead of writing something upon me picking it up when I was just excited to be there and get it)

  I recently had my first experience ever buying from a dealership. Every car I had bought prior to now was purchased through a private seller, in cash. But I decided I wanted something newer this time. After being approved for a car loan, White Oaks Ford was the first place my lender recommended. I wasn't particularly interested in domestic cars, but fortunately, they also carry used cars from all of the major brands.
  
  Joell was my finance manager, and from beginning to end, he made the experience easy on me, and walked me through the process. With it being my first experience financing a car, I had a lot of questions, and he was happy to answer them all for me clearly and with a great deal of patience.
  He was a personable, friendly guy, and an absolute joy to deal with.
  
  I was interested in several cars in the lot, and a few that weren't, all of which I was able to test drive. The ones that weren't on the lot, they brought in for me to see. Puru is the one who took me for my test drives, and he too was phenomenal, patient, and at the end of the day, just a pleasant guy to hang with (what more could you ask for?).
  
  Overall my experience here was solid, and I will be recommending them to my friends moving forward!

  Roxy is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. This is the second vehicle I bought from Whiteoak through Roxy. I have dealt with my share of car sales reps. Roxy is definitely the most knowledgeable and helpful. He offers practical advice based on the customer's needs and follows up to ensure customer's satisfaction. He is prompt to response and very thorough. The transaction was smooth and easy. I highly recommend Roxy and Whiteoak!
