  These guys are great, they fixed my beloved Smith Gibson sunglasses within 10 minutes. I went to Hakim and Lenscrafters as well as another brand name eyeglass repair store and they said they cannot do it. Hakim attempted but couldnt get the broken screw out of the temple hinge after making me wait 30 minutes. Allan and his team have the equipment and the knowhow to get the job done quickly and their prices are great. I even got my lenses replaced as I couldn't do it myself. Highly recommended.

  Unfortunately they do not help repair or fit glasses that "are purchased from websites". Took my glasses to another optical store nearby and they were fixed without issue. A positive experience on my first visit, thus keeping 3 stars.

  I spent spent over 2 days trying to re-assemble glasses frame with nasty spring-loaded hinges. I had all needed parts yet still failed due to lack of special tools.
  Friendly and professional stuff at Vision Depot fixed it in 20 minutes though the frame resisted and did not collaborate :)
