(March 9, 2018, 5:48 pm)Good apartment considering the age of this building. Rooms are very spacious (a rare thing these days) and facilities are as good as any other apartment/condo in this neighborhood.
Best thing is the rental which is easily 200-300 less than other similar properties in this area, but that makes the property hot and not very easy to find.
