Have mix of friendly and not so friendly staff.
Its old , but has all the basic amenities and they keep maintenance on all the year round.
Neighbourhood is excellent!! Lush Green parks and 24x7 grocery stores nearby.
Lift is issue. Only 3 of them and something or the other happens to one of them once in a while. Fire Alarms goes off at odd times.
