(August 11, 2019, 9:05 pm)The experience at the brick was great, we went to purchase a mattress we knew exactly what we were looking for, an associate came and helped us by the name of Jasbir. We came to get the brick credit card. He helped us get the credit card and find our mattress that costs $499 it had everything that we wanted firm, split box spring and warranty. Warranty included a slip cover that’s sweat proof, stain proof and protects from dust mites.
Towards the end we received the bill and were thanked for our Business. -

(April 16, 2019, 4:42 pm)It's a special location to pick up furniture from that you ordered from The Brick... it's effectively a giant warehouse/distribution centre with multiple doors in which you're assigned to a door to pick up your goods. This would apply to any furniture in which you choose not to have delivered to your home, that isn't available for delivery or items that aren't available for pick-up directly in-store.
These magical doors open once the goods are ready to be placed in your vehicle by a Customer Service Representative. The wait at the door isn't too long but it can be excruciating depending on how eager you are to receive your furniture. Once the door opens, the fun of trying to play Tetris with your new packages and your vehicle begins.
I'm not sure if this warehouse/distribution facility concept employed by The Brick has been around for more than 40 years but the wait at these magical doors sure doesn't feel like 40 years long.
