He pinpointed and solved the issue at hand immediately. Also thanks to Dempsey, the senior advisor, for his professionalism and friendly welcome. This team is run and lead by the Service Manager, John Ayuson who ultimately inspired his team. I will be coming here for further servicing of my car, even though it is a further drive from my home. Tesla rating, eleven.

Mitch knows how to make people happy and goes above and beyond the call of duty. More places need people like Mitch. Customers should be happy no later what, he makes that happen.
