Studio is easy to find in a heart of Streetsville! If you are looking for results and family supportive atmosphere this place is perfect for you. -

(April 24, 2018, 3:14 pm)I have been a member of the studio since 2011. Hugh’s female fitness class to date has been the most rewarding class I have ever attended. The studio is very family oriented and I have built soild friendships in the 7 years I have been attending. Hugh’s professionalism and great personality makes his classes enjoyable. Great for children, families, or even someone new to fitness or martial arts. I would definitely recommend!!
