I decided to get my braces from DR. CHAU after 1 yr of rigorous visits to pretty much every dentist and Ortho in brampton/Mississauga. Not only were the rates extremely high I didn't feel confident with anyone but Dr. Chau.
He made me extremely comfortable from the getgo and is very experienced he tells u what he can and can't do and provides realistic expectations.
As a 26 year old girl in the prime of her career I was very conscious about my look after getting them on. Many doctors said 2-3 years and they would have to remove 4 teeth (money scheme) yet doctor chau said he would only remove 2 top teeth and it would take 1.5 years.

His rates were affordable and he is invested in you.

Having said that my braces timeline and cost was cut in half.

I paid and now I began my treatment. Yes there is that odd day u may have to wait a bit more than necessary but on average in 1 yr and 3 months most of my appointments were on time.

All my apps were booked with Amy highly recommend her. She remembers you and she ensures she provides u with realistic timelines.

Highly recommend not to go anywhere else.

My whole family including 3 kids have been coming here for over 20 years and now...it's just us adults. I have lots of positives including friendly staff, lower prices since I didn't have a dental plan for over 12 years, and my teeth are still okay. My daughter required braces and there was an over-correction in which that episode still haunts her today. Yes, there are issues with limited parking and an overbooked schedule. Overall, that's why I'm giving a 4-star rating.

Dr. Chau has been my dentist for over 20 years. He looked after my teeth while I went through chemo and radiation treatments in 2016. Even with the damage caused by cancer radiation I still have my own teeth and eat everything at the tender age of 88. That should tell me how good he is. Dr. Chau is very very skilled and kind. There is always a long wait line in his clinic because people like to go to him and his associate dentists. I don't mind the wait. The waiting room is not uncomfortable. I just take a good book.His staff, including the office ladies, dental hygienists are very professional and friendly too. I don't think I can find any better dentist. than Dr. Chau.
