    A special thanks to Dr. Lisa who saved the day over the holidays and allowed me to dance into 2020. Over the holidays, I had severe hip pain that returned out of nowhere to the point where I could barely walk. I was in excruciating pain. My regular chiropractor was on vacation, so I was referred to Dr. Lisa. I reached out to her and she squeezed me into her schedule on the same day with the last appointment that she had available. After a thorough review, she was able to determine the source of the pain and why it returned. She treated me with an adjustment as well as acupuncture and I was able to walk out of the clinic almost pain free. We scheduled a follow up appointment a few days later. Thanks to Dr. Lisa, I was able to go dancing on New Years Eve, when I could barely walk a few days earlier, and get the new year started off with a bang. If you’re experiencing any pain, I highly recommend booking an appointment with Dr. Lisa.

    After almost 1 month of shadowing with Dr. Lisa (Chiropractor), i (3rd year naturopathic student) have seen people with ailments from vertigo to back pain reporting a benefit after seeing and following Dr. Lisa's treatment plans. The diverse nature of Dr. Lisa's practice and the diversity found at INNOVA integrated wellness center (including massage therapists, hypnotists, acupuncture, physical therapist) make this your #1 stop center for pain management. I would recommend the expertise of Dr. Lisa and the INNOVA integrated wellness center for anyone seeking pain management and wellness in the GTA

    I had very bad back pain. Dr Lisa and Meera Senjaliya did a great job to fix my problem. Both are very knowledgeable and explain me each treatment and showed me some exercises. My pain is gone now.
    The staffs are very friendly and the facilities are in excellent condition.
    I will recommend INNOVA for any Chiropractic, Physiotherapy and other treatments.

    My treatment at the INNOVA Integrated Wellness Centre has been an extremely positive and overall pleasant experience. The team of health professionals that I have received treatment from includes both Osteopathy and Physiotherapy administered by Jackelyn Hurtado, DOMP and Meera Senjaliya RPT have been very effective for me. They are both very caring, patient and knowledgeable health practitioners who take pride in administering custom treatment plans in a most effective manner. They are both very thorough and listen very closely to patient concerns and past medical history and specific health issues. Also from a software and documentation perspective the "Jane" application software is very user friendly and makes the completion of documentation and appointment scheduling very easy. Highly recommended , 5 + stars !

    I am very pleased with Dr Lisa and the staff at Innova, the facilities are excellent! Dr Lisa is amazing, she is very knowledgeable and does a great job of explaining the body and what happens when things aren't working in unison. i will continue to to patronize her wellness center and her staff, they have been nothing short of kind and helpful, THANK YOU!
