After shattering my window on my civic trying to scrape ice off after an ice storm I found Marc on line. I called numerous places for estimates and got some ridiculous prices. I called Marc and he gave a great price with a used option for the glass and repaired it the next day. Service was fast and work was done professionally and looks great. Would definately recommend. An unfortunate event took me to meet Marc, my rear windshield on my Dodge Challenger had to be replaced. After estimating from different dealers (did my homework online) Have to say it was not necessarily the most economical option but I didn't come to trust to put my toy into strange hands.

Marc took the time to educate me, he never thought of money but satisfaction, Honestly, I never felt it was about money, he didn't mind me bothering more than the normal and he was always keen and nice addressing my questions.

He found the right factory part and did a great job, now he has a new customer and friend. I will come back soon (hope not to replace or fix another car glass) but to share with him a couple of beers in gratitude for his great service.

Will highly recommend, If I put my car on his hands (even my wife is not allowed to touch it) then anyone else should feel confident of his great work.
