Steady Custom Shutters exceeded my expectations 13 years ago and they did again today!! I bought shutters for my new home 13 years ago - they are all still in perfect condition and they look as good today as the day they were installed - well except for one. One panel of my patio door set fell victim to our puppy and the bottom louvers got chewed up pretty bad. Steady Custom Shutters not only repaired the panel for me, but suggested an approach that would save me some money, did the work immediately while I waited and sent me home with some new touch up paint and new window magnets. Amazing product and phenomenal service. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I was referred to them when I purchased my brand new house 5 years ago. I contacted them and my wife and I were invited to come down to their office / showroom to see their products. I was impressed with their knowledge and to actually see them manufacture the California shutters onsite ( It is in the back of the building ).

I was delighted to see that had a solution / cover for the arch window. Many people just leave it uncovered and it is okay. But I wanted my whole window including the arch covered. The other shutter places that I have visited usually suggested a ceiling to floor drape or the ugly "Fan" cover.
So extra brownie points here.

The prices were absolutely competitive and fair. They sent a person to measure and double check all of my windows. The installation was done flawlessly and I am very happy with my purchase.

An incredible company from start to finish ! Very professional and thorough, and timelines are true - no "sorrys" etc. The installation was done in an hour and a half in the whole house as they come completely prepared and know exactly what they are doing. Price is OUTSTANDING, so the whole house received these shutters and makes the home look so updated and clean. Highly recommend this company to anyone seeking to get rid of their dust coated drapes !!
