(August 27, 2020, 7:07 pm)Since we do love Sleep-country as a company today we went to store on 5980 McLaughlin Rd,and way different experience from the store that we went originally . From the entrance all the way through. Messi did an outstanding job telling us what are the safety measures that they have in place as company (protective shields that company uses for the mattresses and separate one for the pillows ). Walked us through the whole process explaining step by the step by step differences btw the mattresses.
Even though we had unpleasant experience in the other store we still decided to give business to sleep country because of the People like Messi that have done outstanding job today -

I would send anyone I like to this store for their next mattress. I truly felt valued as a customer and as a person. Even in COVID times they were incredibly helpful. Hope to see them again soon!
