(August 3, 2021, 12:12 pm)I’ve been bailed out twice by this place. Tom, one of the sales staff, has come through huge and in very timely fashion when I required pool parts. Other stores gave me way longer wait times for the products. Tom got them within days. This is definitely my pool store and I recommend them. The front receptionist is also very friendly especially when she’s dealing with so many impatient people trying to get their pool running.

(July 8, 2021, 1:45 pm)I needed to replace a pool heater and was told by two technicians that everyone in the business had sold out . I emailed Tom who sent me a link to the exact model that I needed, I ordered it and had it the next day. I have ordered other parts for my pool and Tom has always helped me out with exactly what I need.
BTW, everyone here is very accommodating and pleasant.

(October 25, 2020, 11:34 pm)Worked as a lifeguard and maintained the pools I was stationed at. Training was extremely thorough as I only had to contact head-office for extreme situations. The staff at the head-office were always welcoming and I never had any issues with them or other lifeguards.

(October 2, 2020, 7:14 pm)I’ve worked for PPL for 3 years and I can say that my experience was great for my leadership development. I began as a lifeguard in 2018 and eventually was promoted to a Supervisor position. Whenever I had questions about pool maintenance as a guard the management team was glad to help.
With this company, you get what you put in. I’ve always tried to go above and beyond at my positions in the company and the management team definitely recognized my efforts.
The past two years I worked as an Area Supervisor, and again management was always there when I had questions or needed clarification on specific issues.
I’ve also met some really cool people along the way ;) -

No company is perfect but believe me when I say that PPL is miles better than the other companies out there, PPL has become the biggest in the industry for a reason. Their customer service is amazing, if you take the time to contact head office with an issue they will always solve it quickly for you.
