  Every time I visit I order the same product, and every time it tastes different. They should have their dishes standardized by now so that they always taste the same, no matter who is making it. According to their chart, mild is 3 dots, sometimes I get 3 tiny dots, sometimes 3 large dots and sometimes a line of hot sauce. I constantly order extra sauce and I don’t think the staff remembers or even checks(Extra sauce costs extra). I get the same amount of sauce as my friend who doesn’t order extra sauce. I always get half and half, but get 3/4s of rice, this makes me not want to order from here anymore. The employees are terrible except for the owner. There is also a tall Black guy with glasses who is experienced and knows how’s to do everything, he is one of their best employees. Thanks for coming to my ted talk.

(905) 855-3300 Ordered the Chicken on the Rocks/Stix, same good quality as the other Osmow's locations. The only tip I would give is to be easy with the hot sauce.
