My experience with OCCA has been a positive one. At first I was leery about it but my account manager Samantha Captain has been amazing. I had checked into other debt relief paces but they all wanted either a big down payment or had payments above what I was able to make. OCCA made my payments easy to cover and while I had some medical issues they even suspended them for a time. I can not say enough good about Sam, She picked me up on days when I was feeling hopeless and was always ready to talk even if just to cheer me up. She has helped me avoid Bankruptcy and I have been able to almost completely settle my account in way less than the planned time. Basically Samantha has been a godsend. She has gotten me settlements that were very acceptable and in a timely manner. I only wish there was a way I could show her how much I appreciated her in this difficult time. SO overall I am very satisfied with this service. And I would recommend it to anyone who is in the position I was in.
