(January 4, 2021, 3:13 pm)Bought a Reko Pizzelle pack at Costco this morning, just to try. I am a bake from scratch die hard so I usually ignore commercial pastry. Wow! These pizzelle are REALLY good! Crispy, light, flavored with a delicate vanilla aroma, and absolutely no aftertaste detected, which is, alas, often associated with commercially baked goods. Bravo! P.S. Tastes just like the one's made by our Abbruzze family members...
