  We have used National Car Rental exclusively and are Emerald Club Members. We realized on this trip that the vehicle we had reserved was far too big for our requirements and scaled down to a mid-size SUV without any hassle and saved money in the process. Pick-up and drop-off was quick and easy, which is always great. Great customer interaction.
  Definitely recommend National for all your car rental needs.

  I rent a car via National every other week and the service is always a 5 stars one! The cars are always clean at the pick up and when I return the staff has always a smile and they are very polite and pleasant to deall with! Thanks National, great customer experience!

  We rented an SUV from Toronto Pearson and the pickup and drop off experiences were smooth and efficient. The SUV was very nice and was maintained in great condition. The only minor issue, which didn’t impact our rental, was that the previous renters left some items in the storage bin in the trunk and the trunk could have been better cleaned out. I would definitely rent from National in the future.

  All the people who work here had a good attitude and were happy to help. The only negative is that the location of this lot is about as far away from domestic arrivals as you can get in terminal 3. It is right across the street from international arrivals so it is probably why they are there. I really like the option of being able to pick my car. I am tall and a little wider than most and I appreciate being able to select the car that fits.

  I appreciate that when I drop off the car (each and almost every week of the year) that I am welcomed “by name” and asked about how you can improve the experience
  
  I have been with National for probably 20 years or more. Our company corporate provider is Avis. I choose National due to competitive cost but the service is always great at YYZ airport. I also like to ability to choose my own vehicle as this makes my experience mine.
  
  When I travel (almost every week of the year) and I need a rental, I choose National
  
  Thank you for the service. In today’s cost cutting and volume driven world it is nice to be welcomed both arriving and departing. Let your people know their efforts ARE appreciated
