The scheduling system is pretty much fully automated, and the company only gives you a two-hour window for delivery the day before, so you may have to plan to work from home, schedule an elevator/loading dock, etc. in a rush. I have to admit that I was scared to have my furniture delivered by this company after reading the reviews, but I was lucky to have a good delivery experience.

The two guys who delivered my table were very professional and efficient. I scheduled my delivery to a high-rise condo in Toronto. The deliverymen knew how to navigate the building, use the service elevator, etc. (they told me they had delivered something to my building a few days ago so they remembered). They prepared everything ahead of time so they could move and assemble everything very quickly, but also took time to make sure I was happy with the furniture placement. They even took off their shoes before coming into my unit. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service, though I realize it heavily depends on who is assigned to deliver to you. If you get the two tall, student-aged, Indian guys (I'm sorry, I forgot to ask their names, so that's the only way I can describe them...), then your delivery should be very smooth!
