If you want AMAZING service, the ability to speak to the very hands on owner (she spends as much time on the machines, working, supervising an helping, as she does designing and doing customer service), great prices and amazing embroidery, this is the place to go
Friendly, polite, helpful, full of suggestions that will make your project look amazing, help you keep in or below your budget, and keeping you happy.
If you have an idea or concept, bring it to the owner,Patsy, and she will find a way to do it, expand on it, give you time and money saving advice and ideas without sacrificing quality.
I have dealt with Patsy, for over 15 and without her knowledge, input and support, my business would be nowhere.
Thanks to her I have many happy customers that have become repeat customers. The words' can't be done' is not something that you will hear often at MS Embroidery.
