I probably emailed customer service every month about my table and they always responded to me right away. They sent me a little gift basket when my table arrived with a hand written note. Very thoughtful and overall very pleased. -

A dining table we ordered had some imperfections (through no fault of MFKTO) and it was extremely easy to get it exchanged. They even reached out after the exchange to make sure the piece was right and we were happy. They went above and beyond!

Valentina answered all of my questions to ensure I was comfortable with my purchase. There were some delays which is expected with the current state of the world but I finally received my couch and the quality is amazing! It is so so comfortable and it exceeded all my expectations! The delivery crew was so nice and professional too. They helped me assemble it and took all garbage with them - so easy! Thanks again MFKTO!! I’m so happy with my couch!
