(October 18, 2020, 5:11 pm)I joined Rocky's fitness classes in the middle of the pandemic when we were all locked up inside. I found out about him through a friend and I cannot thank her enough.
Initially, I just joined thinking it would be great to do something active over the summer months and shed some pounds.
Little did I expect that I would get so strong just in a few months and also be shocked at my own body's ability. I am almost 50 years old and my strength amazes me sometimes.
Two months ago I moved 1200 pounds of flagstone all by myself and the first person I sent a photo to was my trainer, Rocky. Just so I could show him what his fitness classes did for me.
His classes are so much fun, his energy is infectious and his commitment to all his members is amazing!
I cannot recommend his classes enough, I am a member for life.
