When I want to pick up a prescription on file, they answer the phone right away and have it ready when I arrive a few minutes later. Extremely little waiting when I bring a new prescription in. When I recently had a question about a side effect of a medication they filled my prescription for, they answered the phone right away and had the answers I needed. Knowledgable pharmacists, great customer service.
When Shoppers Drug Mart was my pharmacy their wait times were a nightmare, customer service was terrible (would run out of my medication constantly and not tell me until I arrived to pick it up), and you could never get ahold of them for anything. Very happy to find somewhere else that actually takes care of their customers! -
