(August 18, 2021, 2:37 am)This is a gym that anyone can walk into and feel comfortable right away. I've been a member of big box gyms for years and have had little success. I now want to improve my overall health & strength and am sure that with the guidance of the L5 trainers, I will be able to reach my goals in no time. The people are great, the equipment is great, the wod's are carefully planned and the coaches truly care about you and your fitness. If you are a newbie like me, this is the place to be!
