I had them come again this year to clean the windows and eaves, unfortunately they just had their trucks rust proofed and oil ended up all over my newly coated driveway. The owner James dealt with the situation personally and immediately. He came twice to clean the driveway and in the end he had it resealed within a couple of days. He and his company is very professional, very loyal and dedicated to customer service. I highly recommend JEM Window Cleaning.
