Kickass worth it. The best training of all time
Everything about the place is outstanding...Members, coaches, workouts, nutrition tips etc.
Best adult fitness in the GTA. Have been a member for two years and going consistently. The fitness the motivational stories and people all around is the best no doubt. This is not your typical gym this is a dojo where you train for life challenges.
Absolutely love this gym or should I say Dojo. Completely different from your standard gym with fun and exciting classes. This training facility is the best way to get back in shape, stay in sharpe and to get pass your plateaus. I highly recommend this gym to anyone that is trying to get a great workout and have fun doing it. Did I also mentioned the staff and coaches are extremely friendly.
