(February 8, 2019, 10:12 pm)The doctors are amazing - knowledgeable, empathetic and genuinely caring. The administrative staff on the other hand fall short. It is almost always a struggle to communicate with them (in English). Furthermore we've experienced multiple episodes of clerical error.
