(April 2, 2019, 12:39 am)They recently updated it with fresh paint and a better studio. I love this location because it's all women and is a really safe space. It's a good place to try out new exercises and the clientele is always friendly and not stuck up. Good equipment (not as much as most gyms but the essentials are there) and good classes. Only downfall is I've been coming here for years and I've never seen it being cleaned... morning/ midday/ people locking up I've just never seen it happening ???? 5 stars when I see that happen.

I religiously go to the Zumba classes with Katia and honestly she’s the best Zumba instructor I’ve ever had (I’ve tried other gyms and Zumba classes and I find she has the best songs and routines)! I love how they recently repainted and revamped it and they have a decent amount of equipment, the only downside would be it can get very busy since it is pretty small. Even though the staff has changed over the years, all of the girls that have worked there have been so helpful and kind!
