  I don't know what people are talking about, this place is absolutely fantastic!! The staff is super friendly, the doctors are very professional and best of all Dr. Saima Amjad is an absolute angel!!
  
  Dr. Amjad has been our family's family doctor for the last 13years. Over those years, we've seen her grow so much, not just as a professional but also as a person and throughout all those years she's kept her passion for helping/healing people as her number one priority.
  
  Yes, I understand sometime you might have to wait a little longer but there's a reason for everything. If you show up on a day when they only do appointments and you expect to see the doctor right away then that's just unfortunately not going to happen. You will have to sit and wait minutes maybe hours before someone doesn't come for their appointment and you get to take their spot.
  
  Yes this place is very busy and there's another reason for that too. Not just my family and I but hundreds if not thousands of patients in this area believe this is the best place which is why we all go there and make it busy. To cope with all the traffic coming through the doors, Dr. Amjad doesn't just keep one receptionist at front desk but usually 2 to 3 to make sure all the patients are being taken care of to the best of their abilities. The last time I was there, a few days ago, they not only had 3 amazing women at the front desk but they hired and were training a new receptionist. Now I personally don't know any other family doctor in the area that hires this much staff and spends time on training them properly to make sure the patient's needs are being catered to.
  
  Another review also said the receptionist wouldn't tell me how much longer is the wait, when can I see the doctor, etc. To be completely honest even those receptionist don't know when you'll be able to see the doctor, heck the doctor doesn't even know when they will see the next patient and its not something they focus on either. Because the doctors here focus on making sure the patient they have in the room at the moment is being looked after and given treatment with no rush. People come in with all sorts of illnesses and problems, some smaller than others and some much much bigger than others. So there is no set time as to when one patient will be done and when the next will go in. So please just have some patience, be respectful & enjoy the reading material available while you wait.
  
  I'm writing this review because I went on google to look at the hours of operation and saw some people who had a bad experience so I thought I'd try to help out any clients who want the full picture of what this place has to offer.
  To sum it all up, my family and I would highly recommend this clinic for all your medical needs because this place actually cares about their patients and knows what they are doing.
