Freedom Mobile

Thank you Reeham! This review is long overdue. My dad is a long-time Freedom (Wind) client. A year or two ago, he was looking to upgrade his phone. We called a few Freedom stores to see if they had an older phone model in stock. This location did and we received THE BEST customer service experience with Reeham. She was extremely patient with us over the phone and remembered us when we got to the store. She informed us of the trade-in option which allowed us to upgrade to the latest model for almost the same cost. My dad was able to keep his existing plan which was important to him. Reeham could have just sold us what we wanted but she took the time to understand our needs and recommended a better solution. Someone please promote Reeham and give her a raise if you already haven't done so. Customer service doesn't get much better than this. After all this time, I still remember Reeham and how helpful she was. Thank you Reeham!

Had amazing deals from them, the girl that work there was so helpful I believe she was named riham, she explained everything for me thoroughly and i ended up getting 3 plans with freedom because of her!!!

I was so pleased and impressed with the service i decided to write a review. The representative actually listened to what my issue was and found a solution that best suited me. I felt comfortable, respected, and most importantly cared for!! I will definitely come back too that same location and representative, her name was "Reeham" i believe. Keep up the good work guys!
