(September 3, 2020, 6:43 pm)We had Napoleon Fireplace Pilot problem in End of April, I wasn’t going to turn on fireplace till October, I called Four Season Air Control, Recomended by Nepolean Fireplace company, In June talked to Gentleman and was very helpful, Now we have decided to get fixed Pilot in Fireplace, Receptionist was very helpful and arranged time to visit, Michael came and fixed, Now in future if I have any problems with Heating, Water Tank, I will call this company first. Their care, cleanliness and quality of workmanship was outstanding. I highly recommend to request these three gentlemen if you choose Four Seasons Air Control.

When I called, I spoke with Vanessa who was thoroughly knowledgeable and honest about the equipment I needed to get my air conditioner replaced. She listened to all of my questions and her manner made me feel comfortable with the choice of air conditioner I would be purchasing . I bought a Lennox air conditioner, I was quoted a very reasonable price. It gets better. The installers who came to my house, (Reza and Joe) arrived when the company said they would and gave an excellent first impression. Their work can only be described as efficient, professional and clean which are intangible characteristics for a home owner who is investing in something as significant as an air conditioner system. Bottom line, it was obvious they knew what they were doing and did it well. Reza also gave me excellent advice on how to optimize the cooling of my house. I want to thank everyone I interacted with. FSAC is fortunate to have good people working for them.
