Always helpful and friendly. If they don't have exactly what I need they either special-order it or help me find a suitable replacement. Normally takes 1-2 days for the orders to arrive.
Great friendly service
Called up this place to see if they had a very specific metric hex bolt that they can sell me. They were very friendly and quick to help, knowing that I could not find the hex bolt anywhere else. Unlike the other Fastenal on Queen Elizabeth that refused to any hex bolts unless I ordered over 50 of them, these guys were great and were able to accommodate selling me just 4. If it wasn't for them, I would have an extremely hard time looking for this specific bolt size. Would recommend!
