(January 23, 2019, 1:36 pm)The doctor is knowledgeable and their in-person service is good, but I've been trying to call and book an appointment for the past week and they have never picked up the phone and have no voicemail.
[UPDATE: they clarified that the doctor was on vacation, but for that purpose I still strongly believe they need a voicemail message.]
They close before I finish work so being able to book an appointment in advance so I don't waste a day off is pretty important, especially when what I need is refills on my insulin prescription. -
