Amazing experience during hajj! Staff was always at our service during the whole trip and they always made sure left over food at the Mina tents were distributed immediately to the needy people and not wasted. During the hajj days, we were always toe and toe with the other VIP groups from North America.

Hajj 2018 was very nice MashaAllah. Ahmed Al Khouli is a tremendously polite man. He did something extraordinary for my parents and me when he didn't have to at all. May Allah forgive him, honour him, and raise his rank. Amin.

Falcon provided all the services what they advertised.Multi Language speaking knowledgeable Sheikhs guided Hujjaj in each step. People needs to focus only their ebadah/prayer as rest of the things were handled by Falcon. Falcon made our Hajj very smooth.
