  I had a very pleasant buying experience at Factory Shoes. My first time buying shoes on line. Delivery was quick. The product was of very good quality and in perfect condition. I had to contact customer service for pricing. Unlike my previous experiences with other sellers it was WOW. Ultra quick response and very nice. It was top of the line. I'll buy again for sure. Thanks Factory Shoes.

  Their online store sold shoes that appear used. Company refunded.
  
  Shoes arrived today scuffed and scratched, about the amount of damage I'll do to them in 2-3 weeks. My best guess is someone wore them for a day or two and returned them, Factory Shoe figured their next customer wouldn't mind.
  
  Company reached out almost immediately after I posted the review and asked for the photos and processed a refund.
  Exceptionally nice of them to do and more than I think most companies would.

  It's got a lot of shoes. I've seen a lot of types of shoes which is cool. I'm not big on shoes but if that's your thing they have shoes. Lots of em! They're good priced shoes too. They're near the highway and they have a massive sign that says FACTORY SHOE
