Ed was everything we could hope for as he helped us select our furnace replacement. He made himself available right away, was punctual, polite, personable and very proficient. Most importantly for us; he had a vast knowledge of heating and air conditioning (being an Engineer helped) and patiently addressed every questions we had (and we had a lot of them!), in a clear, no nonsense or upselling way, making sure we understood and were comfortable with the answers.
Ed and Andree showed up at our house and the professional Bryant furnace installation was done within about 6 hours. They quite literally rolled out the red carpet (carpet protector for our stairs) for us! Andree kept his work area clean and organized and was very proficient in installing furnaces. Ed verified the installation and answered any remaining questions that we had. Ed even looked after registering our furnace with Bryant for us.
Dealing with Ed was great, and we would definitely recommend him and Evam Canada to anyone looking for a new furnace! -

Ed was very polite, knowledgeable, and professional. He knew exactly what he was doing and quickly rectified my problem, taking the time to explain things as well. Service was top notch, and prices were fair. Highly recommended! I would definitely use them again. My furnace will wear their sticker with pride!
