  No-nonsense, straight to the point and very professional… these are the words I would use to describe Mr. Shaffiq Dar & his Legal Team. From our first consultation to weeks after the closing, we were always well informed and thoroughly explained every step of the home purchase/sell process and any residuals, which can be very complicated not to mention overwhelming. I have bought four properties & Sold one through his office and every time the experience was very smooth and professional. My wife and I were buying our first property in 2013 and were looking for a good attorney, when a real estate agent recommended Mr. Dar's office.
  
  I consider myself a very detail oriented person, sometimes pushing the boundaries on the patience of the person providing the details. I was very relieved and pleased when I found that both Mr. Dar & his team (Mr. Lucas) were not only very knowledgeable in their field but also welcomed any and all questions I had, having an open-communication policy with their clients regarding every step of the transaction. Can’t say that about many attorneys. From the contract signing, which was negotiated as much as possible in our favor and explained to us in details, to the closing table we knew we were in good hands. We felt very confident having Mr. Dar representing us as he was very hands on every aspect of the transaction and very thorough with never-ending paperwork. Thanks to him and his legal assistant Mr. Lucas, our last investment property process ended up being a much more pleasant experience than anticipated.
  Needless to say, if I ever plan to buy or sell another property, I would definitely go with Mr. Dar's "Realcorp Law Professional Corporation" again, and I would recommend it in a heartbeat to anyone who is looking for representation. He knows his business and is very good at it.

  One of the best Real state lawyers i have dealt with here in Canada.
  
  Shaffiq is very professional, well spoken . He listens to all your questions and gives you excellent suggestions which cater to our needs. He has listened to all our queries during regular transactions and has advised us during our stressful transaction last year. I will ALWAYS GO to Shaffiq for my real state transactions.

  I have had the pleasure of working with and knowing Shaffiq for the last 10 years. The story of how we met is an interesting one, but one that I am glad happened!
