  Since joining Lion Strong, I have lost over 10kg of fat, gained muscle, and doing things that I thought were impossible for my body to do, such push ups, pull ups, and 225 Bench Press! I am feeling healthier, stronger, and can see reaching my goals more than ever before!
  
  The above results are based on the custom workout program, tailored to the goals and body type you have, and the deep expertise of JJ (the owner), who has always motivated and challenged me to do new and interesting exercises.

  I have been going to Lion Strong Fitness since January and all I can say is positive things. The atmosphere here makes you feel very comfortable. Jalil (my trainer) makes me feel like I can take over the world. He never lets you give up and always strives you to push harder. He is very educated in this field, and knows what workouts to do with what body type. I love going to this gym and seeing my body get stronger every day! Thank you Lion Strong Fitness for everything you do!

  A great unique experience like no other gym! Highly recommend any gym buff and fitness enthusiast to check it out. Great owner that’s hands on and is willing to make sure you get the absolute best experience. Gym has great decal and visuals all over to give you that lion strength feeling that keeps you motivated!

  If you’re looking for an all round physical and mental experience while working out and getting push to the limit within your limits Jalil and Lionstrong fitness will fulfill that. One of nicest private gyms I’ve seen, from the workout to the small details and decals. Awesome experience and highly recommended

  I’ve been training at Lion Strong fitness for a few months now and I love how how they run their training programs. Everything is targeted to your body type and what you are trying to achieve. The Staff is very welcoming and movtiatng to help you reach your goals! Highly recommend all programs at Lion strong fitness
