I only wanted to lose 10lbs. So many people criticized me for doing a diet but no matter how much you have to lose this diet works really well and I loved the coaching that they provided me.
I definitely encourage anyone to try this diet. Some people say lose weight slower is better and you can do that with this one too, in my opinion I want to see results faster and then maintain. If it takes to long to see a difference it will discourage anyone so try it. 5*
