Element CrossFit

Element CrossFit is a great place to work out! The coaches are excellent - they are always encouraging and will spot your form to ensure that you perform all the exercises properly and in a safe manner.

Speaking of safety, I am very impressed with (and comforted by) the measures that the facility has taken to ensure that its members can train without worry in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Cleanliness is ensured with advanced disinfecting protocols.

Physical distancing is achieved by assigning a large square to each member during classes, and limiting the number of people inside at any given time. Mask wearing is also mandatory whenever you leave your square.

Finally, good ventilation is made possible by the large square footage, very high ceilings, open garage doors, and a large slow-moving fan to keep the air-flow going.

I highly recommend working out here, and I have felt very safe doing so.

Element has done an incredible job of keeping the community engaged in a friendly and open environment that encourages healthy living. They have done a phenomenal job of going above and beyond to ensure it is a safe, clean and socially distanced environment by creating protocol for staff and members to follow to ensure that all space and equipment is cleaned and sanitized after every use.

Establishments like Element play a massive role in keeping the community strong and healthy.

Great to be back training at Element! Alex, the staff and the coaches have gone over and above to provide us with a safe & clean environment for working out during this time of COVID.

They have set out rules and procedures for members to follow when entering the facility, during their workout and when leaving (ie: wiping down equipment, how we exit, etc.). I feel safe having my own identified area for my workout and knowing that others have the same, makes me feel comfortable and I still get the feeling of being part of a class.

I am incredibly proud of how much work Alex and all of the coaches/staff from Element have done to make sure our workout space is not only SAFE but super clean. Not only are they taking every single precaution to a super high standard, they have also listened to our feedback to make this space safe for everyone’s. I’m also so impressed that not only are they doing everything possible to keep their members safe by cleaning all the equipment and gym space, but they are also keeping their staff safe and happy with all of the requirements/protocols they have put into place! I feel safe and comfortable working out at this location because of everything they have done for us!

I’ve done many events with the Alex and the Element team. In doing so you can’t help but to notice how tight knit this community operates. It’s not just the workouts or the competitions they produce. It’s the people who work there to go above and beyond for service and quality experience. It’s the kinship that continues outside of there box/gym. Welcomed diversity of people and the inclusion of all is apparent when you walk in the door. I’ve been to many gyms and worked putting events for many but these folks are special. Thank you all for being the bar that everyone should watch.
