(September 12, 2019, 4:21 pm)I do not understand why people would leave poor reviews AT ALL! Yes, the wait time is long even with an appointment BECAUSE she’s a busy doctor (as are most since there is a shortage of GP’S) not only is she busy but she’s a great doctor who gives you the time you require throughout your appointment, providing the reason for your visit. Dr. Ghattas is also very diligent, If there is something wrong with you.. SHE WILL FIND IT. She’s very sweet and soft spoken, she doesn’t make you uncomfortable during physicals etc.
I also don’t find the receptionist rude at all? Maybe those leaving poor reviews about her are the ones who are rude! She’s very direct and to the point, but I’ve never failed to receive a smile from her whether it be on my way in or out.. but I’m also nice to her, unlike many people I see come into that office! I don’t see how she is rude!
Anyways, my point is id rather wait a little longer and receive the proper care and attention I need than wait 15 minutes to see a doctor that rushes me out the door. DR.GHATTAS IS THE BEST.
If this seems dramatic, I’m pregnant and emotional ???? I just don’t think she deserves bad reviews! -

(February 2, 2019, 5:18 pm)Dr. Suzan Ghattas is phenomenal. For over 14 years, she has been the family doctor to all 5 members in our family. Her medical acumen is incredible and she is very patient and thorough with all of her patients. I’d like to highly recommend Dr. Ghattas for those in the community looking for a high-quality family doctor.
