These guys are the true embodiment of the Canadian small business landscape; second-generation family-owned and operated, great product selection, and a friendly, warm and personalized customer service experience. I would give them 6 stars, if I could.
In response to the negative reviews, I've read them...and frankly, ten years of patronage and dozens of customer referrals later, I can't recall a single bad experience at Erin Mlls Optical. Nor can any of the friends, family members and colleagues I have sent there, who are now themselves regular customers. Ten years of loyal, honest, and consistent service. I would never buy glasses from anywhere else again. -
