(January 15, 2021, 1:21 pm)Signed up for the 6 week virtual training program. I am a beginner rider and was looking to kick start my fitness and try out cycling. Training program was motivating and my endurance improved over the 6 weeks. All the participants were friendly and encouraging. A great experience! Highly recommend.

(January 10, 2021, 4:51 am)At the start of the 6 week training program my ftp was about 100, and it slowly went up to 150 by the end of it. Can't wait for future programs and (keeping fingers crossed) the Epictour this next summer. Feeling soo muck more confident in the saddle. Ride On!

(January 6, 2021, 9:07 pm)Although the pandemic meant that the annual ride had to be cancelled, Epic has been there to support riders. This spring, a beginners’ training program helped to keep me on my bike. This winter, an amazing 6 weeks program was offered. I increased my FTP, which is great. But best of all, the community support made sure I biked often and I could tell when I was doing my FTP that my fitness level had increased. I feel I will be in a better place to hit the road in the spring!
