On my request they upgraded my car for no extra charge. No hassle at drop off; easy friendly process. Strongly recommended.

She was exceptionally professional, and dedicated to the highest standards of customer service. There was another enterprise location that would not hold up their end of a commitment they had made to my wife and I, and Kayla went above and beyond, to not only solve the problem, but drive me 30 minutes to a different location to get another car of the same model. Thank you, Kayla, for putting the customer first, and being exceptionally kind and courteous.
