Emily was the lawyer I chose after interviewing 4 other attorneys. Right away I was impressed with her steady eye contact, direct answers and her unwavering answers to my questions. In addition, despite her strong knowledge and confident demeanour, she had an underlying current of empathy that made me feel understood and at ease. I retained Emily and subsequently worked with her for several months. She was always attentive and I felt strongly that she was working FOR me, with me, and was on my side. This sounds like par for the course however many lawyers can give the impression that you are a number and not a priority. Emily has a strong sense of justice and will without hesitation fight for what is fair. Do not think twice about retaining Emily Banks, you can have the utmost confidence in her knowledge and skill!
