Pro-Med Rehabilitation Centre

I visited pro med after injuring my knee pretty badly playing basketball. Their staff was very friendly, flexible and accommodating. They provided a thorough and comprehensive rehab program that was helpful both at the clinic and at home. Their acupuncturist is great and quite experienced, and their chiropractor/kinesiologists were also very helpful. They showed me the exercises I needed to perform to regain the strength I needed. In addition, the visits were always full of friendly conversation and a welcoming environment. I would definitely recommend!

If anyone is looking for treatment they should come to Pro-Med, it is the best physiotherapy. Very accommodating staff and loving the therapy Rich is providing me! I have been coming here for my car accident since 2015 and will be continuing.

My experience with Pro-Med has been exceptional. I feel much more confident when working out thanks to the training the physical therapist gave to me. I would definitely return for my sessions.

I got my entire family hooked onto Pro-med for their massage! I have never felt so relaxed after a deep tissue massage in my life! My massage therapist is Mary, and she was very professional and accommodating! She asked which areas caused me the most strain, and then focused on them as the massage went on going over all the right pressure points. Mary also recommended some exercises to do at work to help prevent pain in some of my more problematic areas. The atmosphere of the whole clinic is welcoming and pleasant; from the receptionist to the owner, everyone is very kind and willing to help out! Everything runs on time, so I never had to wait for my appointment to start! I give it a 5/5! Already have my next months appointment with Mary booked!

I have went to pro med for back massage and acupuncture. Both services were done very well. Rich sits down and understands your issue before proceeding. He does a very good job explaining the procedure and also gives some great tips and exercises you can do on your own to work on your issue. The front desk is also very hospitable and I never had to wait for a appointment.
