(October 1, 2021, 11:38 pm)Having no insurance coverage to replace my failed 15 year old CPAP, I was shocked at the price quoted by my local brick and mortar CPAP store and that the wait time for a machine was unknown (great way for them to get me for $250 per month rental machine).
After some online research, I was able to contact CPAP Clinic easily and with quick responses and very helpful staff (not like a call centre). the machine COST LESS THAN HALF of what I would have paid locally! and came with my choice of mask! I won't be shopping anywhere else for my CPAP supplies from now on!
(UPS did not deliver on the date promised (4 days late) by that's not on the CPAP Clinic.) -

(August 15, 2021, 3:30 pm)The service I recieved here is always excellent and exceeded my expectations. The staffs have always gone above and beyond to make sure I get everything I need promptly. Every visit, the staffs spend time with me to explain various settings and recommends the best product for me. All of the staffs here are very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I highly recommend this company to any one who would like to have superior service and great price!

I was able to get all my questions answered and was able to make decisions without any pressure.
I liked that I was able to try out masks prior to committing to the purchase.

The extreme patience and kindness of my many enquiries from Juli has me once again, overwhelmed with the extraordinary service I keep receiving from the CPAP Clinic! I have been shopping for all of my CPAP accessories for a few years now and I would never go elsewhere. I just purchased a CPAP machine and Juli was so helpful to share her knowledge and suggestions while making my purchase. The service I always receive far exceeds other CPAP clinics as far as I'm concerned. I live in Saskatchewan; previously BC and Alberta and the shipping is quick and so easy! Thank you to everyone at the CPAP Clinic for being the best!
